What a full moon means is the side of the moon facing the earth is totally lit up by the sun. This happens every time it is directly opposite the sun from the earth. And the others are right, the next full moon occurs tomorrow Feb. 2, 2007 at exactly midnight, to be precise.
A moon eclipse only happens when the moon moves through the earth's shadow. The moon orbits at a 29º inclination to the earth's equator. If it was exactly on the equator we would have an eclipse every time the moon moved directly opposite the sun but it does not follow the equator. It moves up and down in this inclination so we only occasionally have an eclipse.

Right now, the moon passes closest to the Earth's shadow on 12:45 am Eastern Time on early February 2. One hour earlier for each additional time zone west.
For people in North America the Full Moon is tonight on Thursday evening, not tomorrow.

You can never quite see a full moon.
Just prior to and after a lunar eclipse you might see 99.99%ish of one, but at the time the sun should be illuminating the whole face of the moon, the earth gets in the way, i.e. the eclipse.

After the moon has eaten and has not asked permission to leave the table.
It normally takes the moon 28 days of feasting before it becomes full.

That is tomorrow, Feb 2nd, which also falls on groundhog day. I don't know if the groundhog comes out at night, though, to see the full moon. :)

That'd be tomorrow. It's a 'full snow moon' but I'm not sure what that means
