Definitely the Evil Dead... Saw III was just gory, nothing more, The Hills Have Eyes just plain sucked, but The Evil Dead had a chick get raped by a possessed tree. That reason, if not for any others (original script, introduction of the Necronomicon into pop culture, groundbreaking visual style, etc.) should put this film at the top of that list.

I've seen the hills have eyes but not saw3.I think the hills have eyes is creepy.But there's going to be a 2 on The Hills have eyes.

saw 3 and the hills have eyes are just about the same! they are both very bloody and and slasher films! but they are a lot better i think than evil dead!

i haven't seen saw 3 yet, but of the other 2, i'd pick the hills have eyes

Saw three is an awesome movie. Never saw evil dead. but hills have eyes was lame! so i would have to go with Saw III

saw 3, didnt really scare me, it was just kind of gross.
i thought 'the hills have eyes' was freaky and creepy. lol
and ive never seen evil or dead.. but i think 'the hills have eyes' was pretty good.

Oh,,That's easy,,Evil dead that movie was way before it's time,It just came out of no where,and scared the living hell out of me,The special effects,were really scary,A really great creature feature....
