Hey guys, I've just noticed alot of new bands have an awful, screamo/punk sound, and they all sound exactly the same. I'm looking for some independent (or mainstream) artists that sound maybe like Incubus or Chevelle. Any ideas?

The band Hoobastank was actually mentored by Brandon from Incubus. They sound ALOT alike. If you like Incubus, then you'll love Hoobastank.

Rage Against the Machine is like rap/rock and it's high powered and energetic.I like it because its fun to listen to and it gets you pumped. I also like Incubus.
