My Friend Has Javascript Blocking Problem Using Internet Explorer!!!! PLease Help!?

Question

My Friend is going on sites like YouTube For example and when he trys to view video internet explorer tell him that his javascript blocker on IE is ON. So how would he turn this Javascript Blocker off?!

Tools > Internet Options > Security Tab > Click on Internet and click the Default settings button.

This should restore back to default. Otherwise review the Customer Level for script options.
