Of course I have to wash under my arms and my bits to avoid getting smelly, but apart from that it gets on my nerves and I avoid it, and getting wet in other ways, as much as possible. I think I was a lizard in a previous life.
I raise this post as a protest against the assumption made be so many people (not least the new bathroom manufacturers) that having a bath or shower is enjoyable. its not!
Who else feels the same way?

I did once have a relationship with a girl. I didn't last long. And she did make me have nightly showers which were a right drag.

Well, in a recent health magazine, I discovered that skin experts are with you. Apparently, there are good micro organisms that are benefical to the skin , and all that washing and soaping up actually may be bad for you... because the natural oils in your hair and skin are there for a reason, to lubricate the hair and body. But I can tell you this... if you live in Texas in the summer and don't bathe at least once a day, you will clear the city limits in a heart beat. This is a very humid environment... and while that keeps the skin soft and for the most part, wrinkle free-- body odor is one of the most offensive smells.

A rat shouldn't scent. If the cage is wiped sparkling on a weekly foundation, I sparkling mine while evidently grimy or starts to have a small smell. Rats are social and do like the corporate of yet another rat, yet I in basic terms have one. One rat will require greater play time than a pair. A rat would be ok on your room, mine is in a ten gal. tank in my room for the reason that he remains very small. he will desire a super number of play time with any sized cage, a minimum of an hour an afternoon. as far as convincing your mom, do your study! Print the ultimate tips and teach her that they are sensible, sparkling, and extremely friendly.

I never ever wash unless its absolutely imperative. Although I do carry a handy bag of pegs for other peoples nose comfort (I am not utterly made of stone). Yearly tin baths filled with canal water do me. Or a quick hose down at the garage with the high pressure water hose.

eeeeew!!!! I think you really have a prob or you live in a really cool climate, unless you live in Siberia and even they bath. I've heard about natural body smells being an aphrodisiac but its offensive to the rest of us other mortals. We live by sight , smell, etc that's why you dress every day, to fit in, if you do that you should bath or move to a deserted island where you would be more comfortable in your stench!

i kinda get where you're coming from but don't you feel soooo much better after you've had a shower? you dread the chore but once you've done it it wasn't really that hard was it?? it can be frustrating when you're in a rush and I do get the old situation of do I wash my hair / don't I wash my hair, oh its so cold gettin out of the shower, or the soap got in my eye etc but really, it is only right to wash - it's only the polite thing to do and it does make you feel better about yourself...
