do you feel you are old?

I filled an on-line form today, and had to scroll down the age box. I scrolled and scrolled and scrolled until my age came up. And I thought: I am so old! It is almost at the bottom of the box, and I never imagined living that long!

The only time I feel old is when I'm around people that are younger than me. But you're only as old as you feel! Just because we have aquired many years, doesn't mean we're old! How you live your life and what you've gotten out of it is all that matters.

If this is a way to find out my exact age then just forget it- after all i am a woman! You are as old as you feel. Be glad that you have lived and learned as long as you have and remain open to learn even more because if you do this you will keep your self young in all the important ways. When it comes to all the time that has been and is yet to be you are very young.

That's wonderful - you should celebrate! You're only as old as you feel. You mind is working; all you need is a boost of "enthusiasm."

For me, my birthday is a celebration and I don't feel a bit older. As long as I can function, that's what matters.
