The best revenge is living well. Why do you want to be a scumbag like him?
If you see him with the iPod call a cop. When I got a Nano for my daughter I had her name engraved on it. That way you can always prove its yours.

Don't just buy a new iPod. That's a lot of money and time wasted. Tell an adult. Revenge will probably not make you as happy as getting your iPod back... it's just not worth the same. Get friends or people who have gotten their things stolen from them, or think they do. Use it as backup.
Also, report it to Apple. If he downloads songs from iTunes, they can probably track it. They aren't responsible for the lost items, but maybe they can help you find it. After all, it's not like it's $5.
Best bet'll be to tell your parents. But if you really want a slight revenge, just hit his locker door to make the stuff on the inside fall or steal his homework and throw it out. It's not the best choice, though, and I think you should tell your parents. It's a better idea.
Also make sure they didn;t do it. Check your room. Also, ask their parents. I think they'll notice if their kid has an iPod that they didn't give them!

Grow up. Taking revenge for a SUSPECTED (not confirmed) iPod theft is waaaay juvenile (of course, just about all revenge is immature). Focus instead on either moving on or discovering the truth and building your case against the perp. Sure, spending another $150-$250 on another iPod stinks, but how much time and emotional energy are you going to waste figuring it all out, plotting your revenge, executing your plan, then hiding the fact that you took revenge, then worrying that you will be ratted out or discovered and then punished.

Just let it go Hun, be the mature one and move on. dont let it bother you, you will go this alot in your life, so learn from it. revenge is not the right answer to get back on anybody. Karma has a way of bitting you in tha ***..and im sure they will get there's in the end. Eventually they will get caught up and will go to jail if they keep doing that to people. just walk and smile and buy yourself and new ipod and when they see you with your new ipod just smile and walk away, because then they will know that it didn't hurt you. revenge is never the right answer.

First did you retrace your steps from the last time you had it? Just because these boys "who do things like that all the time" there may be a chance that they didn't do it....... but if you are certain that one of them did, talk to their parents and ask them if any of them got an iPod and let them know that you are not blaming them, but your iPod is missing

u dont know if he stole your ipod. why dont you confront him and ask him? spreading rumors is a bad idea cuz if they are not true and he didnt steal your ipod then you are slandering him. Be grown up more than he is ask for it back....buy a new ipod. U can contact Apple and tell them it is stolen and when he tries to download to it they will get the s/n and IP address

be careful...... you might end up on Judge Judy if you get caught.
but seriously....you should mention it to someone....I'm assuming you're in school...mention it to a guidance counselor or someone.....they should be able to get to the bottom of it cause it isn't right that someone stole that from you but you shouldn't seek revenge either cause that can run into a whole set of other problems in and of itself. Good luck.

Step 1.
Buy an engraver and engrave your name on your electronics products.
It would be very helpful to know for sure who did what. There might be a lot of guilty feelings in your future if you act before you know.

Look at it this way. Take what you know and smooth things out. Your life is much larger than an Ipod and for those who steal it makes no value to them, but as for you....take it in stride and as along as you know...who is the better person here?????
Follow that!!!
