The moment someone suspects they have been drugged, they should really go to a hospital for tests, then you would have proof.

If that is not possible, avoid the person in question and still report the incident to the Police, as they should take it seriously and have this evil person put onto their records, if it ever (and it will) happen again, as so many people do not report these incidents, these terrible acts will continue to go on!

If you're absolutley sure that it can't be proved, you have no recourse. If you were harmed while drugged, seek counseling. If you weren't, consider yourself lucky and consider the event to be something that made you wiser.

Now I would just stay away from that person. I would no longer be able to trust them.
If you can't prove it, prevent it from happening again.

what were the consequences. If there weren't any negative consequences then what is the point. If there were, they file charges against the person for battery, etc.
