Depending on how severe the harassment was, whether or not there an adverse work environment resulted, how much money you were taking at the time, etc, etc, you could ask for a sum in the millions range. We settled a case in the millions range. Consult with your attorney, he/she will be better able to discuss these things with you.

You don't provide enough information.
If you filed sexual harassment and continued to do your job, you should not have been fired.
If you complained of sexual harassment and the company allowed it to continue, you should have been in the supervisor's office every day complaining that it was continuing as well as telling other co workers what is going on. Those are your witnesses when the litigation begins. As it stands, those employees will testify that they were not aware of any sexual harassment.
Allow your attorney to settle the mediation and quit immediately. You do not need to work for a company that has allowed this to happen for five months.

If you have been fired because of your lawsuit for sexual harrassment you can actually file 2 lawsuits: One for sexual harrassment and another for terminating you on grounds of your complaints.
Be careful though: sexual harrassment has been very clearly defined, but it is not so easy to prove that you have been fired as a result of your complaint. In addition, even though the company does not want to go to court, I would advise you not to settle out of court and to get you a good attorney, for ligitations can be a very tricky thing....Good Luck

Woooo. I would definetly consult a lawyer. I wouldn't take any legal advice from Yahoo! Answers.
Maybe you should check out some past cases. Try a google search.

You need to ask your legal council. I'm not just being short, there is no way anyone here could advise you on this.

You should ask them to pay your legal fees and for your distress and uncomfort. prolly a couple hundred grand would be reasonable but you can go higher if you its your choice.

Do you have an attorney? If not you need one. Your attorney should be able to help you with all of these questions.
