belly bands are the generic, Bella Bands are the name brand (try babycenter.com instead of ebay) but personally, i was given some of the generics (not walmart's brand but ones from target) and I already bought one of the "real" ones, and the generics were so much better!
In the early months I still stuck to using a extra-large safety pin (found at a hot topic store in the mall) to close my pants because I couldn't bear the thought of being 100% maternitiy right away.

Your local Wal mart has elastic bands that attach to the buttons on pants allowing you to gain weight and wear the same pants. Just askabout them If you can't find them at Walmart a sewing store has them.
