I sometimes have the same problem. The only thing that helps for me is to read along with whatever the teacher is trying to teach. I mean even if its boring you've got a book in front of you to keep your attention at least a little -- a least enough to keep you awake until the bell rings. There are other chapters you can browse through if it gets really bad you know what I mean. And of course, get some sleep before hand.

You should probably think about an earlier bedtime, and/or eating a nice, nutritious and delicious breakfast to get you fueled up. That's what gets me going.
