I would interpret that to mean that by perceiving, you are really projecting your own thoughts and feelings. There is no "reality" or "unbiased observation", only perception which is colored by your own psychological environment.

If you perceived something, or someone, that something or someone Literally becomes a projection of it-self. Perhaps the reason you have to commit this question is because in psychology, its hard to find understanding, between the senses?, I mean our own senses, remember to project your own beam?, into your own self, to learn about psychology?, Isn't all-way's about you, or someone Else's problems every-time, and all the time, but is about the way the mind, See's-it, and perceived what we which to see and perceived out way from our self's, and at the momentum, be able and allow our self to Understand? You can project now, by seeing you vision, hearing, meet with your mind, in your own mind?, but don't forget you steal have three more senses you will need to deal with soon or later, made then equal, in power and potentials, the Human senses that at the time 5, are some how jealous of each others, its fun to see this with your mind, as you sense then. good meting of the mind, or off the mind's?.
