It definitely think it prevents spot because spots are caused by bacteria. And cleanser, toner, and moisturizer helps prevent bacteria and moisturizes your skin.

Homemade skin whitening products are by far the cheapest and safest solution to the brown spots which trouble you so much. Read here https://tinyurl.im/aHLUX
They are very effective and at the same nurture the skin, so that you will not only have a whiter skin, but a healthier one too.
Each and every person wants a clean and radiant skin. Some spend fortunes on cosmetic products that will lighten the skin and remove all the imperfections, others spend their money on esthetic operations in the hope that their skin will look perfect. Lastly, there are people trying to fake a healthy skin by using all kinds of makeup that will cover the imperfections and leave the impression that the skin is healthy and has no scars, wrinkles or spots.
All these people are looking for a way through which they can make their skin look good. Yet, what they have not taken into consideration is the power of natural ingredients. Fruits, vegetables and products coming from animals are great sources of anti-oxidants and are rich in substances which can whiten the skin, moisturize it, attenuate the fine lines and wrinkles and give it elasticity.

Are we getting a litte bit cross?!
I thought your question was mostly answered but will give my not very helpful advice too,
Moisturiser is an essential part of skincare as per magazines, Mum and Granny ( born 1800s) - keeps it soft and pliable and when not so young you will be grateful for more youthful look ( is there a grammatical law against 3 yous in 1 sentence? Hope not)
Toner is a load of b.lls as far as I'm concerned - felt more than a little p.o.'d when my big freebie with No 7 recently for puchases made was toner which seems like witchhazel or vinegar or something astringent - probably lemon would be just as good - some freebie!
Anyway, on a purely hypocritical basis as one who sleeps with makeup on, I would say keeping the mug clean, a-n-d using the toner (maybe, possibly, perhaps) and moistUrising are important.
Did I answer your Q. to your satisfaction? Doubt it, but do the above and don't fall for all the sales CR.P that the beauty industry perpetuate, and don't go spending all your money on products that list aqua as first (ie.main) ingredient - best thing you can do honestly honestly is to drink lots and lots of aqua.

By spots, do you mean blemishes (pimples)?
Cleansing and "toning" would be very important in preventing blemishes. My advice that I have given to 1000's during makeovers is to NEVER, EVER, EVER go to bed without cleansing your face. When you are sleeping the skin will "feed" itself on anything left on the surface of the skin (this is why if you sleep with make-up on it 'disapears' into the skin). The make-up, dirt or other impurities are then deep in the pores, causing a break-out. Using a toner after cleansing helps balance the skin's pH and removes any residue, dirt, make-up, etc that might be left after cleansing.
Also, the skin is on a 30-day cycle (you have a "new" skin every 30 days) so going to bed without cleansing just one time per month would mean CONSTANT breakouts.
Allure magazine reported last year on a new scientific study that found consumption of dairy (esp. low fat or fat free milk) was the number 1 cause of breakouts amoung teenagers.
The right moisturizer can help balance the skin's oily and dry areas.
If you are refering to age spots or freckles they can be prevented by wearing a daily sunscreen.

Hi, can i ask you a quetion when you cleans and tone do you still break out. The all my answer to you would be if you dont break out when you cleans and tone keep doing it because you know you woont break out. For me its different if i usually cleans tone and moistuires i break out in more spots, and if i tend not to was my face much i get no spots. I cound just be a coincidence that you have got spots when you havent been cleansing and toning. So i would do a tesT. Cleanses and tone for a month and see if you break out and if you do its probably something else you are using like misturiser or make up causing you to break out. and if you dont break out then obviously you need to keep to this regime. Its all different for all skin types. Like i say if i cleanse tone and moisturies on a regualar basis mt skin may become dry or i will have loads of spots. But then i find it hard to get rid og them as i have sensitive skin. But i have read up on oil of eveningn primrose going to try to use them everyday as they dont seen to be bringing me out in more spots and the others are going. So just stick to the month thing and see how you go.

Ive never actaully really been that spotty, but i did have a few breakouts now and then. I used to just only use a scrub or stuff from the Clearasil range.
Then i started to do what you do, clense, tone and moisterise.
**My skin is so much better now, clear skin, no spots**
Yes, for me i actaully think following that regeme does prevent spots!

I guess it DOES prevent spots seein as its all part of the cleansing regime...thus reducing the dirt accumulated which is what causes spots in the first place.
However the reason why u may be breakin out is coz ur skin is too sensitive for the products and ur simply better off using a simple cleansing facial wash so it wont be so harsh on ur skin.

Cleansing removes the build up of dirt, bacteria and makeup from the skin.
Toning is just a deep cleanse that happens after the initial cleaning of the skin.
Because cleansing and toning strips the skin of its natural oil and moisture, we replace it with moisturiser.
So to answer your question, Yes, it does prevent them, if you didnt clean your skin, you would have a build up of bacteria in your pores and therefore break out considerably worse.
