How do I get the audio back on my computer?

Someone was playing around on my computer deleting programs and things like that. Somehow he mananged to delete the audio on it. I have tried but can't figure out how to get it back on my computer. When I tried to restore it, it ended up deleting more things.

Probably a sound driver issue, long as your sure the speakers etc are fine and plugged in, use the CD which came with the pc/motherboard/sound card to restore them or download them off the appropriate website.
