Are there reasons why you like those stores so much?? Is it pretty much just a skinny preppy girl thing?? Whats wrong with Wal Mart?? They have cute clothes and their cheap!!!

Hey, I am not a female, but I would like to comment to this anyway. Females usually from the ages 16-24 only care about one thing and one thing only, name brand. Wal-Mart is superior in everyway, clothing included. I say this for one reason and one reason alone, I used to belong in that " crowd" where all I wanted to wear was AE and Aeropostale. Now that I am 27, almost 28, that does not matter to me anymore. There is only two things that do matter to me though when comes to a name, that would be my trucks, ford, and my football team, the Green Bay Packers. But as far for the clothing thing goes, its Wal-Mart all the way, even Target for that matter too!!

Because of the cut of the shirts and all the other clothes...AE, abercrombie, and hollister shirts are cut a lot narrower than Wal Mart. Also all the clothes from these stores are always cute...and wal mart can have some pretty damn ugly stuff. =)

i am not skinny and i still shop at those stores (very little though, i like forever 21 more) because some of the 'real clothes' r cute. but i dont like any of that crap that is baisically free advertising, but sum of thier shirt r cute. also the cut flatters my body. and i have bought shirtsfrom walmart and it srunk 3 sizes when i washed it. the ONLY place i buy from in wal-mart is the 'george' collection. also wallmarts line this month to me is NOT cute... if ur short on $$ just go 2 an outlet mall!! i am also not preppy...... so u r the 1 who is saying 'wat is wrong with them' when u r the 1 steriotyping them as 'skinny' (which is an insult to me thank u very much!!!) and 'preppy'

i have never shopped at AE, Abercrombie, or Hollister (i cant afford any of it in the mall)...Wal-Mart and Kohls are where I'm at...no im not skinny and not preppy but still a girl...and nothings wrong with Wal Mart

I think girls like those stores because the 'cut' of the clothes is different than at wal-mart. If you hold up a wal-mart shirt, the fabric is usually thicker and it's not as snug.
AE, Abercrombie, and Hollister shape their clothes to fit more snug to the body (which girls want, because it makes them 'sexier') and they use a thinner fabric that clings to the body better, therefore emphasizing curves and the chest area.
Not to mention the whole status thing, which is a whole 'nother story! ;)
That's my assumption, anyway.

AE, Abercrombie, and Hollister's clothes are tailored more to be more fitted, therefore more sexy.
By the way AE, Abercrombie, and Hollister are not really prep.

Its just the fact that its brand name. I get what your saying, wal mart is cheap and SOME clothes are cute, but it makes you "cooler" if you have the name hollister on the front of your shirt

American Eagle has a lot of cute clothes. But they're graphic tees are made of cheap material, because they rip sorta easily.
A&F is cute too, but an XL sweater didn't fot me! And I usually get small sizes.
And I don't shop at Hollister lol

I never shop at any of the stores you listed, I'm just fine with wal-mart. I used to work at abecrombie, but I never owned any of their clothes, I just needed a job and got one lol

i'm with you. i'm getting assorted issues from moist Seal, Charlotte Rusee and continuously 21. i've got self belief they have good clothing and you will mixture and journey your form with besides the fact which you want. i've got self belief abercrombie and holister are so person-friendly with cabinets of the comparable blouse in each coloration you walk down the mall and notice 10 those with the comparable blouse. I continuously want to be unique no longer "stand out" yet no longer subside to conformity the two for a form that fees 50% greater beneficial than the shops i %... for a emblem. i will get the comparable hoodies at aim for 15 greenbacks minus the emblem. :)
