It is exactly 90 feet from the back of the base, to the middle of second base... (by the back of 1st I mean the side that is on the foul line)
The measurement from 2nd to thrid is also done the same way, from the middle of 2nd base, to the side of 3rd base that is on the foul line...

A little less than 90 feet. This is because the distance is measured from the back corner of the first base bag that is on the foul line to the center of the second base bag. The bags are 15 inches square, so you take 90 feet and subtract 15 inches for the width of first base and then subtract 7.5 inches from the width of second base. That leaves us with 88.125 feet from bag to bag.
