Well if you are looking for the ones that have been convicted and have to register then try googling florida sex offender registry. If you are looking for the ones that have not been caught then I would suggest checking out folks hanging out near schools or teen centers. Or you might try the local priest. Anyone who seems to be the quiet nieghbor is suspect as well.
