I've tried going to bed a all different times and I still can't seem to figure out how to get up early. Do you have any tips on how to get up early?

Yup. You have to bribe yourself. If I have something fun planned out of town, I find it a whole lot easier to kick myself out of bed. Have a donut shop in town? Maybe set the alarm for 6:00, shower, and go pick yourself up some coffee and cinnamon rolls. You don't want to make that a daily habit though, so plan to get up early (before school/work) to watch a show you recorded the night before as a treat.

Don't go to bed at different times at night. Set a specific time that you're going to get to bed. Maybe before you go to bed, take a hot bath or shower to soothe yourself. And take advantage of weekends, too! And before you go to bed, don't drink and sugary drinks or sodas. This will keep you from getting much needed rest.

If you have trouble sleeping, see your doctor about taking a sleep aide like Lunesta or Ambien. Good luck!

be consistent on going to bed early. don't use your bed for watching tv, etc. only for sleep. cut out caffeine after lunchtime. make sure to stay hydrated.

it might take a few days, but it will work.

set your alarm and force yourself to get up, dont lay in bed for an hour. it will take some time but your body's cycle will adjust .

not so much as to how to get up early...but how to wake up...you should get up and take a shower...at first start it off as cold as you handle it so it will wake you up and then gradually take it up warmer
