hell I eat more than I should when I don't go to a buffet.

LOL I used to do this a lot like if I knew we were going to a buffet restaurant I wouldn't eat anything for the day then when I got there I ate all the chicken and dessert I could just totally pigging out. I'm not like that now though I eat salad's and a lil bit of chicken and maybe some dessert I don't go crazy.

Not exactly. But I am always less satisfied when I eat at buffet ... feeling that I could have eaten more.

No, because I don't eat buffet food. Too many fingers in the food to suit my taste.
