It's way past time to talk to your doctor about this.

There are many good answers. Many people have discharges and do not have to be abnormal. When you are ovulation for example you have a clear frotty discharge. Very Normal. When it is smelly or when you have itching then it is time to and or see your physician or see if you have a yeast infection. You can do a home test by going to the article in the source reference.
Liners are a good idea too. Do not worry and enjoy your life

OK there's one thing you can try to solve this or at least lower the amount of discharge... Don't wear thongs all the time, and don't wear tight pants all the time, those stimulate the vulva constantly and are sometimes the cause of these excessive discharges. If these doesn't help go see your doctor, also if it smells bad or if it's not white or clear.

I would highly suggest taking a Bikram Yoga class. There are a number of postures in his series that massage the colon and the internal organs of the body, balancing out the digestive system and metabolism. I've been practicing for about a year now and I'm in the best shape ever, and I feel like my body is in healthy balance. Also, contrary to popular belief, you don't need to be flexible at first when starting yoga.

I would get to a gynecologist quick if I were you...some discharge is to be expected, however, heavy discharge that has lasted this long is prossibly a sign of something that needs medical attention.

After two years I'm sure you went to the doctor right? If something was wrong then it sounds as it still is. If you never went to the doctor GO NOW.
You might also be extremely wet all the time and need to do something so your not as horny all the time.

A certain amount of discharge is normal, if it is clear or slightly milking and not foul smelling.
If it's yellow or bloody, you really should see a doctor.
