Yes, no contraceptive is 100% effective.

But, things like: not taking pills regularly (accidentally one or more doses) or taking other medications (antibotics, especially) can make them less effective.

Talking from experience, yes you can get pregnant on the pill. I have a wonderful 4 year old daughter because the pill was not effective. I would never change a thing but if you are not ready for a child yet, you need to use back-up forms of birth control... Hope I have helped you

Actually, no one falls pregnant. Pregnancy results from sexual intercourse between a male and a female.

Altho the pill is reliable, it is not 100% effective.

Also, you need to use some other method of contraception for the 1st month before you can fully rely on the pill.

If you mean can you feel pregnant even if you are on the pill, yes you can, if you are more than a couple of weeks late you should consult a doctor. It may just be your pill needs to be changed.

Yes, it happened to me - and I wasn't even on the lowest dose of them, and I never missed a pill.

In my case, I was not aware that anesthesia could affect the pill's performance and allow me to ovulate. I knew all about the antibiotics, but no one warned me about general anesthesia before I had a minor surgery, and bam! Baby number 2.

I have proof that you can get pregnant while still on the pill. I am a father, and she never missed a dose

Technically yes, but there is a very small chance. Pills are supposed to be 99.X % accurate if you take them right. Also, the effect might be affected if you are sick and start taking medications such as antibiotics and such.

Yes. Many things can affect the efficacy of birth control pills, including use of medications (especially antibiotics) and other drugs, dosage issues, illnesses, etc.
