Venus. It is the brightest celestial body after Sun and Moon. Its maximum bright (-4.4) is 15 times that of the brightest star.

The brightest planet visible from Earth is Venus, magnitude -3.9 to -4.6

You can see it right now, towards the west after sunset.

The next brightest planet is Jupiter, -2 to -3 and also Mars +2 to
-3, which reaches that brightness only during one of those rare favorable oppositions, most of the time it's alot dimmer.

Then there's Mercury which is variable and always near the Sun, and Saturn, which stays around magnitude 0.

Earth, seen from Venus, would be magnitude -6.7

And Mercury, seen from the planet Venus, is up to a magnitude
-7 point of light, the brightest planet seen from any other planet in the solar system.

In comparison the brightest star Sirius is magnitude -1.44

If you need more information or more accurate magnitudes then I have them.

The brightest planet visible from Earth is always Venus. Venus has a magnitude ranging from -4.1 to -4.4, making it eight times brighter than the next brightest planet, Jupiter (which is a fairly consistent magnitude -2.3. Mars hits this when the orbits are such that Mars is very close to Earth, but it's usually never that bright.) In fact the only objects that aren't the Sun or Moon that get brighter than Venus is the extremely rare great comet, such as Comet McNaught which could've been glimpsed in broad daylight early in the second week of January of this year.

In fact, Venus can be bright enough that with a bit of practice, a person can see it in broad daylight with the naked eye, and viewing it with a telescope in daylight produces a more satisfying viewing experience than trying to view during twilight (since the brilliance of Venus is offset by the brightness of the surrounding sky, and Venus is well away from the dust and distortion of the horizon.)

Venus is the brightest thing in the night sky (Other than the moon of corse) You can see it in the early morning or early evening. It is so bright because it hase a very dense atmosphere to reflect sunlight. Just like the moon, it has 7 phases. I once saw Venus in a ceasant through a telescope. Ask me anything about space and I'll be more than happy help.

Good luck on your project.
