Heck no it's not alright. That's your junk and no one elses. You have a right to keep your junk all to yourself. Besides, he's got so much junk of his own he even contain it...in his garage.

yes, let him do it but tell him to be very careful and dont let him jerk your junk too much cause there are fluids inside and it could ruin your garage floor.
