is it true that people who have shorter legs tahn people with longer legs are able to perform splits better?????

no due to the elongation of the legs the tendons have more capability to stretch further and are sued to the extreme stress

I've never heard of that. I guess it's true IF you compare it to age groups. Younger girls get their splits easier because as you grow older your flexibility decreases. You have to keep stretching to maintain it. So its really more about age rather than height. Whether your legs are short or long, the hips make the difference.

I'm not sure, it seems true to me being in a dance company a lot of the shorter girls have their splits, I'm tall but i still have my splits. I also think that younger girls are more flexible because their muscles ha vent fully developed yet, don't know.........

No it does not matter if your legs are short or long it depends on how flexible you are I know a girl with long legs who can do the splits perfectly.
