well... according to this site.. it was!

http://www.ufos-aliens.co.uk/cosmicstonehenge.htm

Clip from the site :This is one of the dark secrets of history archaeologists don't talk about: The day they had the builders in at Stonehenge to recreate the most famous ancient monument in Britain as they thought it ought to look. "

This site tells us when it happened: http://beehive.thisisbristol.com/default.asp?WCI=SiteHome&ID=8259&PageID=51317

"A stone was straightened and set in concrete in 1901, six further stones in 1919 and 1920, three more in 1959 and four in 1964. "

The question was if stonehenge has ever been rebuilt and a few answers have been how stonehenge was built in the first place (for example the youtube.com video.) That may have been how it was built thousands of years ago but there is still evidence that the historic site has been recreated to show how people "think" it was. It is still a great mystery how the rocks which are not native to the land stonehenge is found in were transported (and we are talking many ton rocks) to the area but whether the way they were set up still remains to this day, or if it has been altered.

From the articles shown in my answer show it is a good possibility they have been, so to answer the question asked, i think stonhenge has been rebuilt.

No. As far as anyone can tell, Stone Henge was never actually completed which seems to point to the possiblity that the building company went bust half way through the project.

A Neolithic village has been discovered not far from Stone Henge which is believed to be the site where the builders of it may have lived. Lots of artifacts seem to point to Stone Henge. They're still investigating.

We still do not know what Stone Henge is actually for. Most probably religious and worship of the dead.

One likely explanation of Stone Henge are the portals through which the moon rise can be seen. When it gets to portal number three [or what-ever] it's time to plough the land, etc.

How Stone Henge was constructed is not an easy question to answer. Put simply, no one really knows how. They have tried lifting 40 ton slabs of concrete with enormous A-frames but found it extremely difficult to near impossible. The difference between now and then is that probably then they were in no hurry, so if they managed to drag a 40 stone half a mile, everyone then went off down the pub. That may have taken a few days - but what's the rush?

Our beloved Stonehenge has never been rebuilt, though what may have happened when a previous government decided that Stonehenge was liable to be destroyed due to the amount of visitors it attracted they decided to fence it off. And this is where the diggers and cranes came in. Not ever been rebuilt

No, that could be a myth used via pit bull defenders. Pit bulls are marvelous canines that whilst genetically dogs aggressive, are not human aggressive in any respect if taken care of appropriate. they are actual dependable, friendly sweethearts. yet, no dogs could ever be a nanny to a baby. Being a nanny technically ability being left on my own with a baby. no rely how intense-high quality the dogs is that is not any longer an excellent theory, of course. A dogs might desire to continuously be supervised. Pit bulls have been bred for dogs aggression and struggling with, regrettably. that's the certainty. yet they have been extensively utilized as relatives canines.

Nope. It also wasn't built by the Celts. It dates from 1000 years prior to the Celts arrival in England. It was probably built by the original Iberian or Pictish inhabitants of Brittania.

There are lots of stone circles and none as ever been re-built.
It has had restoration work done in the past to stop it collapsing and one top stone was put on to show how it was meant to look.

I remember the fuss about it in '64 people wanted it left alone!

Sure. They have to rebuild it twice a year -- at the beginning and end of daylight savings time.
