If there were no abortion clinics or Doctors ready to perform abortions, how could someone consider it her "right" to do asshe pleases with her pregnancy? Pro choice makes no sense to me if the only choice was proactive prevention (contraceptives). The only choice is Pro Life!

The right to remove a "growth", it's just a "clump" of cells, I want my cake and eat too! What liberal rubbish, what outright conceited, self centred, willfully selfish tripe. To those women who have the moral backbone and intestinal fortitude to do the right thing I salute, to the rest of you loose panties, bahhhhhhhhhhh!

It's amazing how presumptuous people become when they have no viable argument! What makes you think that the so called "pro choice" group, who are willing to murder their own flesh and blood, are adopting children in any greater numbers than the Pro Life'ers. I think with a little research you'd probably find yourself eating a lot of Corvus Brachyrhynchos. You can'tknow right from wrong until you walk in His sandals!

If you can predict the outcome of a child's life to be less than sufficient to survival before birth I think you have every right to kill it.

Why don't you live in a foster home and tell me how pleasant it is. Some are probably ok but, I've known a lot of people raped in places like that. Treated like crap in places like that. You ever want to live with someone you hardly know dictating how you live everyday.

Having ideals, religions, racism, and whatever else they can think of jammed down some kids throat just for government money. I'm sure the adoption rate will go down if abortions are outlawed. And people are going to die, people are going to have tax free illegal jobs, and crime will sky rocket like you wont believe.

So when you want to outweigh the good and bad. And give anyone a life is a life speech think about all the people who come out of jail and kill someone because they don't know what humanity is. People that rape someone because they don't know what love is. People that steal because they instead of learning in school they were looking for people who cared about them.

You tell all those messed people who kill, rape, and steal you love them and all their victims that they weren't a life.

I'd rather an unborn child die than have the possibility of hundreds of people being effected negatively as a result of not having the essentials it needs. The odds are way against abortion clinics going away.

I remember when there were no abortion clinics. (b/4 Roe v Wade) girls still found people willing to abort for a fee. Many young woman were mutilated or died as a result. I am pro life, but
I'm a man. For me it's an abstract question. I don't know what the answer is.

Because when abortion is suppressed, so are contraceptives. If you have no access to contraception, you have no way to keep from becoming pregnant when you are forced to have sex. All the focus that you anti-abortionists place on single women and teenage girls hides the fact that enormous numbers of married women are not allowed to say not tonight, either through fear or a sense of obligation, yet can't afford more children, financially, emotionally, or physically.

No, YOUR only choice is pro life because you have a closed mind. Are you so delusional that you think people would stop having abortions if they were made illegal? Has that really ever stopped anyone from doing anything? Drugs are illegal, people still do drugs, only they die from them more often because they aren't regulated and they buy them from drug dealers who only care about money and will shoot you if you don't have it. Prostitution is illegal, people still get paid for sex, only the prostitutes die more often from customers beating them because they can't get protection from the police without getting arrested and put in jail. Therefore.....
If abortion was illegal, people would still do it, only they'd DIE MORE because they'd be doing it in back alley clinics with people who aren't doctors or they'd be trying to do it themselves. People should be able to choose what they do with their bodies. You don't have to do drugs or hire a hooker or have an abortion if you don't want to. Do what you want with YOUR body but quit telling other people what to do with theirs. It's none of your business. Get off your ******* high horse.

That's all well and good--but its your religious belief--you don'thhave the right to force others to act according to your religion.

And you should try learning a little history. Women don't have to have clinics to have abortions. Before religious fundamentalists decided abortion was "against God's will" in the 1800s, any woman could tell you how to make medicines to induce an abortion--or if she didn't, one of her neighbors did.

If there were no clinics, women would get abortions from private doctors. If doctors were not legally allowed to perform abortions, women would get illegal abortions. If they couldn't find those doctors, they would self-abort or use an abortifacient. A person's 'rights' are not dictated by how easy or difficult it is to practice those rights. Your 'question', (although there was no real question, just a speech), makes no sense. You're free to try again though. It's your 'right'.

There are 100,000 unadopted children in this country, and millions of pro-lifers. How come those pro-lifers haven't seen to it that those children are taken care of? How many children have you adopted? Do you even visit one once a week and take him or her to a movie, or listen to their problems, or tutor one?

Walk a mile in someone else's shoes first. Remember the bible, Judge not lest ye be judged.

Really, what is your logic here? If you have something in your body, you have the right to have it removed, whether it be for health, safety, or emotional reasons.

Abortion clinics exist for the sake of safety: you know, when abortions were illegal in the US, they were still performed in back alleys under very dangerous conditions, sometimes leading to the death of the mother. So you see, closing down all the women's health clinics in the world will not stop abortion: it will cost adult women their health and their lives.

I don't get it either...I guess people like you plan on personally adopting every single baby that is born unwanted and unloved. If abortion was outlawed, then you'd gripe about the sky high crime rate from all of the kids born to bad homes because the mothers couldn't have a choice...Speak what you want, you're still a hypocrite with all of your so called Christian rhetoric.
