Do what I did--most websites won't tell you how to download their background music--get a recorder and a microphone ATTACHMENT. Built in voice activated equipment won't work. Turn the volume at a higher level on your computer and adjust your volume on your recorder accordingly. Put the mic about 3-6 inches from a speaker. Presto! Instant recorded music. FYI: You may have to re-record it, if it's not as clear as you wish. Create a new folder on your email page for these pages, in case you don't have time to check and redo things at the moment. If you have several things you like, make a note--it saves having to remember why you saved the pages. Learning distance, having a good recorder, and good tapes (Sony to the rescue) will help you. 120 are good, but, often, to my surprise, I've found that the 90 minute tapes are better. The 120 SONMETIMES tends to make things worse, for what it's worth.

If its on a page, and is playing, then it is either streaming to you, or is already downloaded to your temporary files folder. Search your temp folder for music files. It may be in a flash file too (.swf), where its VERY difficult to pull it out and convert to a standalone music file.

you have to have it in a wav format and have it play to the mediaplayer.
