The army because you choose that for yourself. You choose to serve your country and that experience. Now if you were drafted, both would be equally worse. For the person who said jail is better because you won't die, that isn't true. You could be on death row or another inmate could attack and kill ya. That happens more often than people think.

I would have to say the army. At least you have something to look forward to in life, whereas with jail, your vision is limited. It boils down to the difference between having or not having freedom

i have not been to either but i would say army because you would be built and i would say the food is about the same, so i have heard
