When someone is sick, people always tell them "Don't breathe on me", or, "Cover your mouth when you cough". If we can give other people our germs, can we give it to animals?

there are very few viruses that can actually go from human to animal and visa versa, like Lime Disease for instance, or the Bird Flu, or Mad Cow Disease.. other than that the common cold, the flu, strep..none of them will affect an animal.

animals are sensitive pet birds can pick up vibrations dogs and cats pick up your sensitive side especially if you are close to them. dogs tend to acknowledge it that you are sick cats tend to rub againts your feet. but they dont get sick their immune sysyem are stronger than humans. but do pick them up otherwise you get a scratch or barked out no animals like sudden movement like a head cold. anaimals are wary of that

I like to sneeze on my girlfriends dog's face. Its never gotten sick from it as far as i know.

not generallyy only certain viruses go between species their immune system is different so they dont get the same colds and stuff like we do
