is there a web site that i can go to to downgrade internet explorer? My brother downloaded internet explorer 7 and it has more problems on his computer than internet explorer 6 did, it wont close right it says there is an error everytime you close it out and it takes forever to pull up. Not to mention he is completely lost. So please if you have a website that has internet explorer 6 that we can download let me know. And I'd apperciate it if you dont give me some smart a*s answer like well you shouldn't have upgraded. Thanks!

According to your description, there may have some regsitry errors in your brother 'PC to cause "ie7 close error".You need to clean you PC.
Every time you install and uninstall software on your computer and surfing online you create junk in the registry. You need to scan and clean your PC with registry cleaner.Good Regisry Cleaner will fix(NOT hide) almost all computer errors (contains yours),improve your PC and Internet performance dramatically. It even can speed up your PC by 300% or more!
There are some comparison and review of registry cleaners.

you dont need to go to a web site to do this, simply click start, control panel, add/remove programs and go down the list till you find internet explorer 7 and delete it, then reboot your pc and it will automatically revert to internet explorer 6. I hope this helps

Go to start
then to control panel
Choose add/remove programs
Go to the the bottom of the choices and look for which yahoo toolbars are listed
if there are yahoo 6 and Yahoo 7 listed
Choose to uninstall the 7 and you will again have your old 6
If you don't see it close and re-open and it should appear.

you're able to have an un-set up decision in the upload do away with classes. Use it. If i understand microsoft nicely sufficient, uninstalling it is going to downgrade it, no longer do away with it. i think of the installer creates a backup of IE7 for uninstallation.

I would suggest firefox myself, but if you want to stay with explorer go to microsofts home page and download the version of ie that you want. then go into add/remove programs and remove ie7. then run the set up for the i.e. that you downloaded.

alternate suggestion (if you have your o.s. disk) (win whatever)
remove i.e.7 with add remove programs and then add i.e. from your o.s. setup disk

seriously, consider mozilla firefox
