Could've, would've, should've....focus on your reality!
The fact is that you aren't with the other person, and something must have happened for that to be so. I'm assuming you love the person you married, so focus on the relationship you chose- the grass always seems greener, but often it's just the same as it was when you left.

Could've like you were already? If you were already, then there was a reason it is not. But it was never, then you need to think hard about why you are having these feelings

OK let me get this straight your married and u thinking about some body else. well first off you shouldnt be with the person your married to because u dont have a happy relationship. did u married that person to try to take place of that person ur thinking of. what if the person ur thinkin of dont love u like u love him or her. what u going to do then. you need to talk to him or her and see if they feel the same way and go on a friendly date and see how that works out with him or her but make sure your spouse knows that your doing this, because it's not fair to him or her.

You are human, you're always going to be attracted to someone else other than your spouse. Try to remember why you married your spouse to begin with. All marriages have ups and downs but don't turn a down into an out with a fantasy.
Please remember you are remembering what they were then, but who are you now, who are they now? Is it worth giving up what you have? Probably not. Live in the now

Stop thinking that there is better out there than what you have. Look at all of the good things your partner has to offer, and work on all of the things that you both have problems with.
The grass is always greener on the other side until you get there. Take it from me I have been there!

If you could've, but didn't, then it wasn't meant to be.

one way to do it is to see this person with someone else. that way the dissapointment will help with your detachment.

You have to force yourself to do it. If you dont, it will consume you and your marriage is sure to fail
