We will know the reserves for the NBA all star game at around 7:00 pm EST right before the Cleveland Cavaliers @ Miami Heat game on TNT. The All-Star reserves are voted in by the NBA coaches and there will be 1 from each position and two wild cards for each Conference, So a total of 7 more players for each Conference.
