b or d, it did both moderately increase and increased during WWII. Not a because there's no slight bout it, it went up and not c beacuse US entered WWII in 1941 (125) so double would be 250 not 215.

WWII started in 1939. In 1944 the GNP was over twice what it was at the beginning. C.

I would say C cause WWII brought tha absolute end of the depression by unifying the nation for the common cause
