After two almost three years of swimming and a lot of working out, I have a six pack. Well lets just say that it's almost a six pack...the "six" part still isn't fully defined.

I skip lunch and do 50 inclined sit-ups per day.

I am a 45 yr old female with a 6 pack. I got mine by eating a low fat diet and lots of crunches. Took me about a year to get that 6 pack so if I can do it at my age, anyone can.

Sure I have a six pack I went to the beer distributer today and got it. MIkes Hard Lemonade. Crisp and clean. Oh and let me tell you if they didn't make the six pack with only four I'd let them know!
