You are seeing the moderation that had taken place prior to Ahmadinejad taking over. Those pictures will become few and far between the longer he stays in power. He gets support from the people every time the West attacks him, the circle the wagons mentality. When we are not busy ratcheting up the rhetoric, the young people are speaking out and getting slammed in the process. He is trying to suppress those who speak out against him. We should covertly be supporting those there that want him out not doing what we are currently doing. It is not working

I think the Persians are beautiful people. Too bad they have to hold on so tightly to a medieval philosphy that their government and religion must spring from the same source.
