right now at the moment, dame helen mirren for her performance as queen elizabeth, though judy dench, rachel weisz and kate winslett are not that far off either

Helen Mirren, she is the new Queen. I saw her in a documentary recently called The Queen, although I did think Her Loveliness Diana Princess of Common People had died and yet there she was on screen.
