Barnes and Noble (.com). They are very reliable, and I would highly recommend them. As another user said, if you join the book club (which is free), you get a discount. Check it out here: http://search.barnesandnoble.com/booksearch/isbnInquiry.asp?ISBN=0545010225&z=y&cds2Pid=9481

I agree with everyone who said amazon.com. They are offering a huge discount off the cover price and their shipping is usually pretty quick. Or you could ask at your local book store. They would probably reserve a copy for you if you ask. My local, independent book store hosts a Harry Potter release party and you can go just about any time before that date and order a copy for reserve to be picked up the day it comes out. For the Half-Blood Prince I had my copy at 12:15 a.m. the day it came out.

Join the book club at Barnes and Noble, it doesn't cost a thing and they will keep you updated every time a new book is available for reserve, go to www.bn.com.

Amazon.com, BarnesandNoble.com, and Borders.com all have it available to reserve.

BUT, I would recommend going to Powells.com. They are an independent bookstore, not a large chain. Supporting our independent bookstores gives us more choice in the long run, and Powells offers excellent service and selection.

amazon.com
barnesandnoble.com
I know with barnes and noble you will get 40% off the cover price (which is good, because its rather expensive for a kids book!) and you can still pick it up at midnight. Amazon you have to wait for shipping.
