spending time with the people I love, & knowing that they're happy, healthy, and safe. The little things I find in ordinary object that remind me of the people I love, but those can also make me sad if i miss the them. these things make me laugh, smile and happy.

Happy - seems to be a natural state for me. I try to see the bright side of things, and not dwell on the bad.
Mad - I get more annoyed than mad, but people who are mean to animals, people who have no consideration for anyone else, and stupid people. (*laughter*) I guess I get annoyed fairly often.
Laugh - Stupid people make me laugh; my coworker and I are always cracking up over something or other; my dogs.

I am happy getting a clean bill of health from my doctor, mad when people tell lies on me, laugh when I hear a good joke. Why? I don't know.

Confidence, silly little comments, smiles, friendly people. The exact opposite makes me mad, along with judgemental people. I laugh at my friends because they're funny and we always have a great time.
Postive emotions usually just happen with me though.
