You can call up some family service Planing clinic and get the hours and where they are at. They can get some real help there and they are not allowed to call and tell the parents. I feel telling the parents would be the best thing for both of them, but if they are not going to do that, then they both need to go to a family planning clinic and hear the options they have. After the first three months they will not do an abortion, so, time is important here.
Your a good friend and you should let them read what I have told to you.

Tell him to talk to his parents about what has happened. Never a good thing to run from your problems

He need to ask his parents for help. And the girl's parents. It's not your responsibility.
If you can't handle the consequences, you shouldn't be having sex.

well technically you cant do much sorry to say he has to leave it up to the parents ask him how old the grl is and if she wants to have a abortion if not she has no other choice unfortuantley
