I have an adaptor, bit it seems very tight. What is the procedure?

Hi there, I had 1 of these and only for a short period of time, I didn't like it, anyway loosen pinch bolts which act as a pinchbolt/cotter pin and take them out, these will be attached at the opposite end from the adapter, use your adapter and a suitable socket and power bar and undo in the normal way, they can and will be tight.
small tip, boil a kettle of water and pour over the fork leg which houses the threaded portion of the axle pin, this heats the alloy and helps you loosen the axle pin, you may have to do it several times to heat up the leg.
