Is there a online auction payment system that you don't have to have a bank accout for?

I have been ripped off on paypal 3 times now by someone hacking into my accounts. I want to sell online but with a system that I don't have to enter any bank acct infor or credit card info.

Why not sell on ebay but only accept money orders?
