The palms of your hands will scar but among the background of the normal markings and lines on your palm they may just not be visible. More severe wounds will cause visible scarring.

Um... I don't know? How badly did you cut yourself?
I've sliced open a couple of my fingerpads (which are technically part of my palm? or at least part of the underside of my hand) by accident and they've scarred.

They don't scar because your skin there is allot more tough and has more layers on the palms of you're hands.

They do form in the womb..... and stay the same throughout our lives. They are formed from your hand being balled while in the womb, finger prints stay the same throughout our lives also but I am not certain what makes them form....
