BUT it sounds like, "Oh, you don't mean (NO) nothing at all to me."
Does anyone else think so?

YES! it totally sounds like 'oh, you don'y mean (no) nothing at all to me." i hate it when you think they said something but it's actually different. i think you're right, though.
