Yes he can. My friend did just that after his gf was paralyzed in a auto accident 3 days after her baby was born. She was in the hospital for 194 days and he took care of the child all that time by himself and when she came home he took care of her and the baby too. You can do what you need to do.

Of course you can. I dated a guy once that was doing it. The mother left him with the baby when the baby was 1 month old for another guy. The little girl was two then and he took care of her. It was very difficult for him though. He also owned his own business and he was stressed out all the time. You can do it!

Of course. A man is just as capable of raising a child as a woman is. Women used to die in childbirth all the time, and who do you think raised those babies?

Can he? He can, but an infant really needs a nurturing influence. On the other hand, as kids get older, they need a steady, authority figure. Typically, that's a mom and then a dad, respectively.

Of course he can...instead of breastfeeding he can use formula. Otherwise ther is no reason why he can't raise the baby.

My dad did it successfully. If he's unsure of himself, he can take all sorts of parenting classes. The first step would be to check with your local YMCA to see what classes they offer or if they can refer you to one.
