Cigular had my company employee discount rate $52 for my plan monthly service charge in August 2006. (Regular rate is $60.) I switched from the other cell phone company to Cigular in that month and I had two years contract with Cigular. In September 1, 2006 the rate for my plan was raised to $56. My monthly service charged was $56 when my first bill came. What right do I have to deal with that? Thanks.
