A relative's separated wife has gotten a restraining order against him. Are there any particular steps he should take to avoid further legal trouble? Besides honoring the order. It's possible that she will abuse this to get him into trouble despite him not actually coming near her or doing anything to her.

Follow ALL requisites of the restraining order.. TO THE LETTER.. One little variance and yer *** is going to jail.. and that means if yer in a restraunt and RO person walks in.. YOU get up and walk out.. If they are on yer side of the street.. cross the street.. No contact no phone calls, no letters.. NO NUTHING..

Or Do not pass go do not collect $200 Go DIRECTLY TO JAIL..

Maybe always travel with an alibi friend as well.. have a witness to where when he actually was.. RO's do have a high instance of being "abused" as you put it.. But the Court has ordered the RO.. once you have one theres only one way out.. conform to it 100% at all times.. They GOT ya.. right or wrong....

that simple enough?
