None, a telescope can't talk. Seriously though, a telescope can show us how the planets and moon look, what they are made of, where they are, and their orbits. It can tell us about the stars: how bright they are, how far they are, what there motion is through space, what they are made of, etc. Same for nebula, neutron stars, black holes, other galaxies, galaxy clusters, etc. Finally we can tell through infrared telescopes just how old the universe is and whether it is expanding or not and at what rate. There are too many questions a telescope can answer to list all of them here.
