You need the help of a CPA. You need to file and pay the taxes. The IRS has the power of garnishing your wages without suing you first. All they need to do is send your employer a letter. A CPA may be able to work out something with the IRS but that is a slim possibility on failure to file. Also keep in mind that the reason Al Capone went to jail was for tax evasion...

You need to file for your previous years tax returns. You will be required to pay penalites and interest since you did not file when your taxes were due. However it is definitely in your interest to get this resolved, the IRS are the worst people to owe money to.

you need to get a hold of as soon as you can because you can get in trouble for not paying them and that can cost you a quite a bit in interest it gets high after a while
