Halter tops wouldn't fall off due to the fact you tie them around your neck. I would be careful with a string bikini b/c these do have a chance of moving over on the top half and your bottoms have a chance of coming off. I would suggest some cute boy shorts and a halter bikini top.

no a halter doesnt fall off or at least none of mine have before. A tube top (without straps) probably could fall off pretty easily. If i were you, i would get a halter with the wider straps that tie around the neck. that way there is more support and it wont fall down as easily. Also tie the bow around your neck in a knot so it wont come untied.

If the halter top is put securely around your neck, you shouldn't have a problem. If there's a tie around the back, I wouldn't try running.
