All of my life, I have taken some sort of multivitamin just to be taking it, recently I have just been taking Vitamin C for my allergies and such. I am about 130 lbs overweight. I was wondering which dietary (natural) supplements are reccomended, or ok for 14 year olds? Thanks to all of you guys that will try to inspire me to do it the natural way, however I feel I need some help. I have been eating alot of fruits lately. If that counts for anything? And I'm thinking about getting Vibe nutritional products.

I have been considering these products:
-Hoodia
-AlphLipoic Acid
-and others

Weight has allot to do on what you eat and when if you eat food that gets into you system quickly this will quickly raise your sugar level and in return your insulin level goes up and this causes hunger so you eat and the cycle begins again. There is a great book

Ultra-metabolism by Mark Hyman And he is a Doctor
there is allot on the web to get the book or sites that give you info on what is in the book

The book does things naturally and has info on herbs and what they do for you

What I typed in was ultra-metabolism/mark hyman

there are places to get his book or other programs
or there are allot of places for the low glycemic diet
and for those type in GI/diet and chose
I did not give you a site because different things appeal to different people
And in the mean time green tea is very good to lose weight get the good kind if you have an Oriental grocery get it there it will be a better quality

And even if you don't need to lose weight eat this way is a healthy way and prevents cancer and a number of other health problems
